Age and Misunderstanding's
Based in the midlands in a diverse practice, painting, drawing and constructing work in ceramics and textiles.
The upcoming collection examines the theme of, age and misunderstanding's explored through diverse materials, plastic waste and discarded items both natural and manmade. Exhibition in 2025.
A selection of Ink Drawings; consisting mainly of local architecture around Ireland. Ink drawings can be comissioned.

About
Biography
Based in the midlands Orla works in a diverse practice, painting, drawing and constructing work in ceramics, textiles and upcycled materials with art facilitation in a range of settings.
Orla completed a B.A in Contemporary art practices in 2022 and a B.A. in Art history in 2009. Orla also holds a Masters in Education and post graduate awards in; education, literacy and digital design and Community education.
Orla designs workshops for the Arts Office, art centres, Leader programme and the Education and Training Boards and was longlisted for the R.D.S. Visual arts award 2022, becoming a Creative Associate in schools with the Arts council in 2023.
